Title Mathematical Physics 2 
Description This course provides a continuation of the mathematics required for both the Honours and Major programs in Physics and Astronomy. Topics include complex analysis, generalized coordinate systems, Sturm-Liouville theory and generalized orthogonal functions, partial differential equations, and applications in physics. Prerequisites: [one of PHYS 2390, MATH 2720, MATH 2721, MATH 2130, MATH 2150, or MATH 2151] and one of PHYS 2496 or PHYS 2490. MATH 2090 or the former MATH 2300 is recommended.
